Job Description:

Are you an experienced Marketing Project/Program Manager with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Project/Program Manager to work in Redmond, WA.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Work directly with businesses to drive a program from initiation through delivery.
  • Provide daily support for managing the delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones and resources.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project requirements, plans, timelines, issues, risks and challenges.
  • Support business owners to drive a large program or multiple projects.
  • Work closely with program/process owners to identify business change and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy.
  • Manage large programs and complex projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities.
  • Lead large, cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes.
  • Engage with executive leadership as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.
  • Must have excellent communication skills to all levels (including Executive level), experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills, strong leadership skills, and demonstrated experience managing large-scale sales and marketing programs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field with 5+ years of program management experience
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred..
  • Readiness, and onboarding experience | 3 years
  • Marketing project management | 3 years
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills| 3 years
  • Verbal and written communication, problem solving, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
