Candidates must have events marketing and paid media experience (this is not solely an event production role).
Director of Event Marketing
Lead marketing strategy for our portfolio of 20+ events across seven financial services and professional services communities.
Manage a team of 5
Analyze metrics on campaigns, performance and pacing, and recommendations in strategy/direction
Collaborate with Data team to ensure event marketing database continues to scale and support event growth strategy
Work with paid media consulting firm to make sure acquisition strategy meets companies goals
Understanding of CRM systems and customer data to create impactful retention and engagement marketing campaigns (Email/Social)
Proven track record of growing audience attendees
Creative storyteller; able to guide teams to build narratives and craft touchpoints that communicate the value proposition and address target segment needs
Strong B2B experience and having experience on the consumer side is a plus
