The Role
We're looking for a Junior Content Creator to join our team and help tell the story of our company as it unfolds. You'll be responsible for capturing our day-to-day moments across social media, forging meaningful connections with our community, and executing on weekly marketing campaigns alongside the Senior Manager, Marketing and Co-Founders.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience - Relevant experience in content creation, ideally working directly with brands
You've already done it - Experience growing and engaging a community and building a significant follower base on Youtube, Instagram, and TikTok
Storyteller - You love developing interesting stories, shooting and editing videos, taking photos, and capturing the world around you in real-time
Collaborative & Confident - A self-assured, natural communicator, you're equally comfortable in front of or behind the camera, and you are happiest working as part of a tightknit team
Strategy Minded - You're interested in developing a vibrant community, creating content that's valuable to them, and harnessing analytics to track progress and continually improve
Organized & Reliable - Your work is neat, punctual, and efficient - you thrive with deadlines, checklists, color coding, clear file naming
Transparent Communication - Excellent teammate and communicator, ensuring information is being shared clearly and openly across the company and with outside partners
Experience with influencer/creator marketing is a plus
Proficiency with graphic design and copywriting
