This pivotal role involves developing, promoting, and maintaining strategies to communicate the brand message of a prominent real estate company. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior leadership, managing various responsibilities in marketing and promotions across our portfolio and for-sale division. Responsibilities include overseeing communications, public relations, and promotional activities for multiple properties within the company's portfolio and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing strategic marketing plans.
Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying issues and recommending solutions.
Develop marketing plans for each product to obtain market share.
Coordinate with consultants and internal staff for advertising and collateral materials.
Plan and oversee events and promotional activities.
Update digital assets and manage social media campaigns.
Develop innovative programs to increase positive sentiment online.
Oversee marketing materials and content production.
Interact with other departments and coordinate production of in-house marketing materials.
Maintain research database and provide marketing information.
Achieve financial objectives by preparing budgets and analyzing variances.
Manage marketing staff by recruiting, training, and maintaining their professional development.
Maintain professional knowledge through education and networking.
Perform various marketing tasks including site plan updates, brochure creation, e-blast campaigns, website updates, and media announcements.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in apartment marketing preferred; experience in hospitality, residential sales, and commercial shopping centers is a bonus.
Four-year college degree, preferably in Marketing.
Technical proficiency in MS Office and desktop publishing software.
