Position Summary

As the Director of Intelligent Automation at Kinesso, you will spearhead the transformation of our operations through automation. Your strategic vision, implementation skills, and management expertise will drive innovation, streamline processes, and enhance our capabilities in the dynamic digital landscape. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Intelligent Automation, you'll ensure seamless transitions and efficient designs for our craft teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive automation strategy under the direction from the Global Head of Intelligent Automation.
  • Identify automation possibilities across various business functions and processes. Package and present these opportunities to Kinesso product teams.
  • Lead the design of automation technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence.
  • Oversee the seamless integration of automation tools into existing workflows.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement automation workflows to reduce manual effort, enhance accuracy, and accelerate execution within the Global Capability Center (GCC).
  • Continuously refine automation processes by monitoring performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product, operations, and business units.
  • Communicate the benefits of automation to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage change effectively, addressing any resistance or challenges.
  • Leverage automation to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Work closely with developers and automation engineers to enhance decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Pilot new automation solutions and assess their impact on organizational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience working in a leading media agency, with an understanding of agency dynamics and media planning/buying/activation processes.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automation, RPA, or related fields
  • Experience working on large-scale automation projects.
  • Understanding of RPA tools, AI, and process automation
  • Ability to align automation strategies with business objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about driving digital transformation and innovation

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or above in: Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent work experience

The salary range for this position is posted below.
