Love the Food and Beverage environment? Cragun's Resort is looking for an organized, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Beverage Assistant to help ensure maximum readiness and guest satisfaction in our Restaurant experience! Working alongside the Assistant Food and Beverage Director, the Beverage Assistant is responsible for distributing all beverages and beverage related product (including alcohol and N/A product) to all of our outlets, vending machines, and portables bars!

• Ensuring all beverage product is tracked and allocated correctly


• Checking in beverage deliveries, directing where product should be delivered and unpacking into our storage locations


• Responsible for keeping all beverage areas organized, clean, and product is within expiration dates


• Assisting with weekly, monthly, and end of year inventory at all Resort locations

Requirements

• Must have basic knowledge of alcohol and beverages


• Must have basic computer skills and willingness to learn new programs


• Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational and time management skills


• Be able to bend down, lift, and move up to 25 pounds


• Be able to change kegs and CO2 tanks


• A valid drivers license with a clear driving record is helpful
