  • Responsible to develop, sell, and execute a matrix to support the category team around negotiations and other relevant topics

  • Contribute to the continued development of the Top-rated Category Team in North America. You will get to understand what trainings and/or actions will be needed to develop the skill set of the team to continue their journey of top procurement professionals

  • Work on creating synergy between several categories following Category Strategy, Supplier Relationship management (SRM), Master Service Agreement governance, dual source governance, among others and overall supporting the category team on key business plans

  • Track Goals-governance, Process improvements, digitization, and negotiation governance to ensure success and focus for the category team

  • Support and / or lead all the activities needed to ensure both category teams are tracking, communicating, and executing to the same standards


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field

  • 6+ years of proven experience supporting Category Procurement (preferred) or equivalent (Planning, Operations, Manufacturing, etc.)
    3+ years of experience in Project Management

  • Excel and power point skills- data crunching and ability to communicate complex data in an easy-to-understand format

  • Supplier Chain knowledge (Supplier Management, Cost analysis, Market analysis, Inventory Management, etc.)

  • Understanding of Engineering, Manufacturing, & Quality Processes

  • Proven record of driving change / change management

  • Database Management & SAP experience a plus

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish - business proficient (written and oral) a plus

  • Strong communcation and influencing skills
