Position Classifier-Intermediate

• Experience developing standardized position descriptions and developing or enhancing a position description library
• Applies a thorough understanding of classification principles, and concepts to interpret and adapt classification standards/guides to secure sound classification on positions
• Ability to provide human capital advisory services on Title 10 authorities, HR administration, position classification concepts, or policy
• Requires a TS/SCI and the ability to obtain CI poly.
