Attorney Development Manager - Hybrid



Beacon Hill Legal is searching for an Attorney Development Manager for a major law firm based in midtown Manhattan. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office.


This person should be a current or former big law attorney who is ready to make a transition to a support role. This person will be responsible for performance management, staffing associates on cases, overseeing the work product of junior associates, and addressing associate needs.


This role requires at least 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney in a major law firm. The salary for this role ranges from $180,000-$211,000.
