About the Job:

• Develop and lead SEO strategy for website and digital growth, including managing SEO consultant, optimizing meta-descriptions, and keywords.


• Post stories or content across all departments to maintain a cohesive digital presence and engage with diverse audiences.


• Update web pages and troubleshoot code issues promptly, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for users.


• Support properties as needed, contributing technical expertise and assistance where appropriate.


• Enhance digital user experience through strategic initiatives aimed at improving website navigation, functionality, and overall user satisfaction.


• Provide technical digital support to various departments, including Development & Fundraising, assisting with tasks such as building campaigns and managing social media advertisements through different social platforms.

About You:

• 4+ years of experience in marketing or communications; A bachelor's degree is required.


• Proficiency in social media management, scheduling using tools like Hootsuite, and executing advertising campaigns.


• Familiarity with WordPress or similar website platforms, along with experience with SEO/SEM strategies.


• Knowledge of CRM or data management systems is highly preferred.


• Strong communication skills encompassing writing, editing, and verbal expression.

About the Position:

• $23/hr-$27/hr, depending on experience


• Temporary for ~5 months.


• Onsite 2 days/week in Washington, DC.


• Starting as soon as possible!
