We are seeking an experienced ETL Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of migrating ETL workloads from Informatica Power Center to AWS Glue. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Python & PySpark, AWS Analytics services, and various file formats such as XML, JSON, and Parquet.

Responsibilities:
Lead the migration of ETL workloads from Informatica Power Center to AWS Glue, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and implement code and data migration strategies in collaboration with the client.
Perform multiple proofs of concept to demonstrate expertise in Informatica PC to Glue migration.
Serve as the owner for the overall migration solution, driving end-to-end migration of all in-scope ETL jobs.
Utilize knowledge of Informatica and AWS Glue to inform migration strategy.
Create and maintain Jenkins pipelines and develop Cloud formation templates for ETL solutions.
Identify potential blockers to migration and drive efforts to determine alternate solutions.
Engage with the Solution Designer to review and validate the detailed technical design for business applications.
Ensure on-time delivery, communicate effectively with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams.
Experience working with job scheduling tools like Control-M is preferred. Experience with Tableau and Alteryx is an added advantage.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in technology, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience, Master's degree is a plus.
5+ years of overall work experience with genuine hands-on experience in Informatica PC, Power Exchange.
Proficiency in AWS Glue, S3, Athena, Lambdas, API Gateways, EC2, MSK, R53.
Experience with Informatica, AWS Glue, Step Functions, Data Lake, Datamesh, RDS, Python, Pyspark, PL/SQL, Unix, Shell, Windows, Jenkins, GitHub, BitBucket, Vault, CDC concepts, Informatica to AWS Glue migration, Informatica Upgrades, and ETL framework and solutioning knowledge.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities and the capability to prioritize and manage numerous concurrent projects.
Full lifecycle experience in waterfall and agile development methodologies.
Experience with Tableau and Alteryx is an added advantage.
Knowledge of databases: SQL, Oracle, Sybase, MySql, Aurora Postgres, Oracle, etc.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently, and will have proven experience in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$94,800]] - [[$137,400]], depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
