Position Overview

As the Sr Manager of Internal Communications for the Home Ecosystem department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our internal culture and enhancing employee engagement. Your mission will be to develop and execute communication strategies that foster a sense of community, celebrate achievements, and keep our team informed and motivated.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy to support the Home Ecosystem department's goals and objectives.


• Team Engagement : Plan and facilitate engaging team meetings, offsites, and events that foster collaboration, creativity, and a strong team spirit.


• Content Development : Create and distribute compelling and creative newsletters, updates, and announcements to keep the team informed of departmental news, achievements, and opportunities.


• Awards Program : Design and manage an awards program to recognize and celebrate the outstanding contributions of employees within the department.


• Feedback Loop : Establish mechanisms for two-way communication, ensuring employees' voices are heard and acted upon, fostering a culture of openness and continuous improvement.


• Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to ensure consistency in company-wide communications and to share best practices.


• Measurement and Reporting : Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications strategies and programs, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications :

• 8+ years of experience in internal communications, with a demonstrable track record in business partnering or stakeholder management.


• Proven ability to develop and execute effective communication strategies tailored to diverse audiences.


• Experience with a range of digital communication tools and platforms.


• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams.


• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the aptitude to build relationships at all levels of the organization.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,625.00 - $230,625.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
