Job Summary | Primarily responsible for Good Samaritan Inpatient Pharmacy Operations, including management of operational workflows, inventory, medication distribution strategy, and the intern program. This position will also serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge for GSH Inpatient Pharmacy. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and verbal); clinical experience; knowledge of federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations, as well as any other related laws and regulations; project management, inpatient drug distribution and dispensing, and supply chain and contract management experience; and the ability to prioritize; collaborate and work within a team; and motivate, lead, and educate a team. |
