POSITION SUMMARY

The Sr. Growth Marketing Manager is an experienced, data-driven, and customer-obsessed marketer who owns the performance of our digital and offline customer acquisition. This individual is responsible for acquiring new customers by scaling acquisition channels and diversifying customer acquisition into new experimental channels.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create and optimize Nurture Life's full-funnel customer acquisition strategy to support company revenue growth and CAC goals through effective management of our multi-million dollar performance marketing budget
  • Refine Nurture Life's paid media testing, optimization, and reporting process in order to drive learning and optimization resulting in continuous marketing efficiency improvement
  • Leverage data and customer insights to ideate and produce impactful marketing creative that can be tested and optimized to drive CAC improvement
  • Lead marketing channel expansion through experimentation in new marketing channels to efficiently drive customer acquisition
  • Support Nurture Life's conversion rate optimization strategy. Collaborate with internal team members and external agency partners to create a testing roadmap and optimization plan encompassing landing pages through our registration and checkout flow.
  • Lead our affiliate marketing partners to identify and recruit new affiliate partners and create test-and-learn marketing programs to rapidly scale our affiliate channel
  • Dive deeply into Google Analytics and other business intelligence tools in order analyze, assess, and report on marketing performance

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, C/linear TV, among others
  • Experience scaling DTC businesses; direct experience with subscription-based services a plus
  • Strong capabilities and understanding of CAC, Attribution, Cohort Analysis, and LTV
  • Experience managing cross-channel digital attribution models across online and offline efforts
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Page Speed Insights, and website measurement tools
