Position: Director of Marketing and Business Development
Location: On-site 5 days | Arlington, TX
Overview:
Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing and Business Development to drive their B2C marketing efforts and build strong customer relationships to increase sales of their program.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute B2C marketing campaigns, online advertising, and social media strategies.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and increase market share.
Manage the current contacts, ensuring effective outreach and relationship management.
Oversee the digital creative manager in managing creative and web assets.
Help to identify opportunities for growth and support their efforts through effective marketing strategies.
Work with external SEO agency to enhance website SEO and search optimization efforts.
Key Requirements:
Strong B2C marketing experience with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho, to effectively manage customer relationships and drive sales.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite to support the creative team when necessary.
Preferred background in banking, finance, or student loans, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
