Job Description:

A Leading Digital Creative Agency is looking for a passionate and data-driven Senior Paid Media Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in data analysis and media planning to develop and execute strategic media campaigns that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and understand media consumption trends, Translate business goals into actionable media strategies, utilizing data insights to inform campaign decisions
  • Develop and recommend optimal media mixes across various channels (paid, earned, owned) based on budget constraints and campaign objectives
  • Manage and analyze campaign performance using data visualization tools and dashboards
  • Generate comprehensive reports that clearly communicate key metrics and campaign effectiveness to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and media platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (creative, content, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution

Qualifications
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in media strategy or a similar role.
  • Experience with GWI, Resonate, Nielsen or Kantar is a must.
  • Ability to build communications frameworks is also a must.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
  • Excellent understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for various media channels.
  • Experience with media buying platforms and campaign management tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Data-Driven Approach
  • You will be expected to leverage data throughout the entire media strategy process - from audience research to campaign optimization
  • You should be comfortable querying marketing databases and interpreting data to inform strategic decisions
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders is crucial

***This is a fully Remote Role. Hours are 9am-6pm est. no matter what time zone candidate resides in***
