We are growing and excited to add another amazing opportunity to our team as a Client Renewal Advisor - Group Benefits in the Green Bay area!This is a fully remote position but will require commuting to and from client meetings within the area on a regular basis. Responsibilities
Develop personal relationships with clients to ensure that they receive expert advice and services when they need it most
Proactively work the renewal cycle on all lines of business
Manage the renewal process including agency management documentation, verifying requested coverages, and reviewing policies for accuracy
Proactively prepare client deliverables for renewal and new business as required by carriers and clients.
Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of products and services when appropriate for the clients' needs
Manage, organize, and conduct client meetings when necessary (Both at renewal time and as requested for employee facing meetings - in person and/or virtual)
Listen, discern, and prioritize with clients, colleagues and carrier representatives based on a thorough understanding of relevant issues
Serve as a subject matter expert on the client's plans and administrative procedures and as the key resource for day-to-day issues
Direct the team on handling plan or client specific questions, keeping the team updated on client-specific information
Qualifications
Active life and health licenses in the state of Wisconsin
Preferably 5+ years of experience working in group benefits/insurance
Strong emphasis on customer service and relationship building
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to commute to and from client meetings
