This role offers a hybrid office schedule, you must be comfortable being onsite Tuesday and Wednesday each week.
This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our client's PMO, and act as a key contributor- you will collaborate with various teams including business stakeholders, and IT infrastructure teams to understand needs and drive projects in this evolving PMO and environment.
Your Role:
Act as a project generalist and manage projects across a multitude of teams including infrastructure, application and security related projects.
Gather and analyze requirements to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
Prioritize backlog items to ensure successful project execution.
Take initiative with an assertive approach on driving projects forward.
Be adaptable to changing requirements and processes and procedures, while actively contributing to the growth of the PMO with ideas and feedback.
Manage project delivery using agile methodologies, promoting a collaborative work environment.
Experience:
Demonstrated 8+ years of experience as Project Manager working on a variety of IT infrastructure related projects.
Experience in running projects using agile methodologies is highly desired.
Experience working within a young PMO, or experience in helping build one out a huge plus.
Knowledge of product management concepts & processes is a definite plus.
Customer-centric mindset, a passion for process optimization, and a focus on delivering results.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to convey your ideas effectively to leadership.
An ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
Strong organizational skills and a self-directed approach to work.
