Desired Skills, Qualities and Experiences:
3-5+ years of experience in a financial controller or senior accounting role. Preferred: Healthcare experience.
Preferred: CPA.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hands on management style with experience training their team and working with executive leadership on what their finance team needs.
