Salary Range - $2,00,000 -$2,15,000 as base + bonus + benefits
What You'll Do: • Align with business development/Sales team for business strategy and priorities. • Lead pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements with the customer. This involves working cross functionally in order to find subject matter experts in order to solve customer problems. . • Perform technical presentations, training and updates for customers, partners, and prospects. • Know when and how to tap into the available knowledge. • Own the technical solution for customers and champion their needs. • Fully understand customers' products, roadmaps and technical needs in order to find an optimum solution for both the customer and company. • Help and guide customers on all tape-out activities and procedures. • Visit customers on their job site on a regular basis to get customers feedback.
Responsibilities: • Understand customer need's; mapping them on internal or partner technology, design, and IP capabilities. This can include discussions on system and product specifications. • Define turnkey or service ASIC design project plans supporting customer requirements involving internal and/or external design, IP and implementation capabilities.
? Provide timely technical support to enable customers' engineering real needs, identifying opportunities.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's or master's degree in EE/CS or similar.
? Combined with at least 5-10 years of relevant experience in ASIC FAE and/or support.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? Must be a team player with excellent collaborative skill and openly share experiences with colleagues.
? Know when and how to tap into the available knowledge
? Ambitious and self-motivated with desire to learn.
? Proven problem solver with a strong technical background.
? High-level understanding of semiconductor technology, design methodology, EDA and IP.
Preferred but not required:
? Design and Technology knowledge in one or more of the following areas: logic technology, memory technology, advanced device engineering, reliability engineering, high performance computing, design flow and methodology, EDA tool (DRC, LVS, RC)
? Able to effectively position and present technology.
? Know TSMC technology and offering.
Bonus but not required
? Your good network in the ASIC design and IP ecosystem is a plus.
? Knowledge of TSMC online system
? Fluent in Mandarin.
