Benefits: The company contributes 50% towards the single/low plan. Once the employee reaches 6 months, the company contributes 100% towards the single/low plan. If the employee elects the med or high plan, the employee will cover the difference. Dental/Vision is 100% on the employee. If the employee elects to take dental, the company will cover the vision 100%.
