Our client has an immediate need for a Total Rewards leader to work a hybrid role (3 days on-site) in Malvern, PA or New York City, NY. Reporting to the CFO, this position will oversee payroll, compensation and benefits.
Must have experience in executive compensation, job descriptions, merit increases, year end compensation, and equity. The ideal candidate will be both a strategist and hands-on, along with a background in banking.
