Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager, Development & Community Engagement at Habitat for Humanity East and Central Pasco County. The Manager will be responsible for developing partnerships, fundraising, and community engagement. They will oversee the planning and execution of development events, manage donor relationships, and collaborate with the community to promote Habitat for Humanity's mission.
Responsibility Summary
Develop and execute marketing and fundraising strategies, including donor engagement, sponsorship acquisition, and targeted campaigns, as well as grant application processes. Lead communications by producing engaging content across platforms to enhance outreach and represent the organization. Manage volunteer coordination through strategic recruitment, training, and integration. Organize special events to promote the organization's mission and community engagement, including budgeting and logistics. Oversee administrative duties, reporting, and foster interdepartmental cooperation.
Qualifications
Seeking a professional with excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, digital tools, and able to work both independently and in teams. Requires experience in fundraising, development, donor relationship management, event planning, community engagement, and the non-profit sector. Must maintain confidentiality, manage workflows effectively, and be self-motivated.
