Accounting Specialist Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
2-5 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficiency in Excel
Quick adaptability to new systems
Enthusiasm for process enhancement within AP/AR
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Duties: • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions • Handle collections and ensure timely payments • Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records • Execute journal entries to validate financial data integrity • Provide backup support for payroll operations • processing company commissions - Account reconciliations and analysis- Drive paperless process improvement initiatives within AR/AP.
