The Assistant Project Manager's role is to assist with the planning, organization, and management of the day-to-day project operations, as well as any other responsibilities as directed by the Project Managers.
POSITION SPECIFIC REQUIRED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Below tasks are performed under the supervision and direction of the Project Manager, Strategic Sourcing Manager and Senior Vice President. • Billings
o Email reminders to subcontractors for month G702/G703 Pay Applications on/before due date
o Compile all subcontractors billing in appropriate folders for PM review
o Compile and forward back up for all monthly invoicing • RFIs
o Maintain RFI logs
o Process and File RFIs through BIM360 as directed by the Project Manager
o Process RFI responses • Submittals
o Create and Maintain Submittal Logs
o Follow up with Subcontractors and Vendors on Submittals
o Compile, Review and Process submittals through BIM360
o Ensure submittals follow specification requirements before processing
o Process submittal responses to applicable subcontractors and vendors • Change Orders
o Maintain Change Order Logs
o File Change Orders
o Send Subcontractor Change Orders for review and approval to PMs and Strategic Sourcing Manager • Meeting Minutes
o Prepare accurate and concise meeting minutes
o Distribute meeting minutes in a timely manner • Project Directory
o Create and Maintain project directory with all project stakeholders and contact information • BIM360
o Administrate BIM360 uploads and transmittals to relevant team members • Schedules
o Maintain project schedules as directed by the Project Manager
o Distribute schedules as directed by the Project Manager • General
o Assist Project Manager with any/all administrative needs as they see fit
o Schedule and Attend Project Meetings
o Maintain File Structure per established processes
o Follow all established procedures and processes as related to the Assistant Project Manager Position
o Maintain all business relationships with outside firms and personnel in an effort to maintain relations for future work
o Be a leader in safety, quality, improvement, and efficiency for Operations
o Become well versed in the construction capabilities of the company
o Adhere to all company policies, processes, procedures, rules and regulations at all times
o Coordinate inspections, special inspections and customer inspections
o Coordinate/ Compile project close out documentation
o Communicate and coordinate with Strategic Sourcing

EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2-5 years' experience in on-site and/or off-site building construction
Minimum GED/High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Background in Estimating and Project Management
Demonstrate sound business judgment
Organization and time management skills
PC proficiency in a Windows® environment and other trained software applications
BIM360 or Project Management Software Proficiency

Valid driver's license - Holding and maintaining a current and valid Pennsylvania driver's license is a condition of your employment. Any changes in your driving record must be reported immediately. If you receive a citation for a vehicle or traffic-related offense or violation, it must be reported to the Company immediately and no later than five (5) days following the incident.
You must report any arrest, citation or conviction for a criminal drug violation or an alcohol-related crime within five (5) days of the arrest, citation or conviction. Company will take appropriate action within thirty (30) days of notification of receipt of same or failure to report same may result in corrective action up to and including immediate termination.
