Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support their continued growth throughout the Florida Panhandle. The Project Manager will manage single family residential land/lot development projects from permitting and design through construction and final plat delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage single family residential land/lot development projects from permitting thru construction.
Work with Civil Engineers and General Contractors to review civil construction plans and facilitate the bid process.
Underwrite development cost budgets, engineering proposals and other project costs.
Oversee construction of the project and coordinate with the General Contractors and Engineers to resolve construction and field issues.
Ensure projects are completed on time and under budget.
Team leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
5+ years of experience in residential land development.
Proven team leadership skills.
