As the Digital Account/Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our agency surpasses client expectations, delivering cutting-edge digital marketing solutions. Role Description
? Lead and oversee multiple projects, from conception to execution
? Cultivate and nurture positive client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with needs
? Collaborate closely with creative and media teams to develop cohesive digital marketing strategies
? Efficiently allocate resources to meet project timelines and objectives
? Prioritize and manage detailed work with meticulous attention to digital trends and analytics
? Facilitate client meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability throughout the project lifecycle
? Develop comprehensive creative briefs to guide the team's digital marketing efforts
? Contribute insights and strategies to align project goals with overarching digital marketing objectives
? Utilize management tools to monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of results
? Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and align with agreed-upon timelines
? Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance project strategies
Qualifications
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service and project management, preferably in digital marketing
? Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media strategies, and performance marketing techniques
? Strong understanding of brand digital ecosystems and analytics tools
? Reliable, genuine, and uphold high ethical standards in all endeavors
? Exceptionally organized with excellent time management skills
? Strategic, creative, and operationally oriented, with a knack for problem-solving
? Effective communicator and persuasive presenter, able to articulate complex ideas clearly
? Flexible, growth-oriented, and resilient, with a positive attitude in challenging situations
? Excellent presentation skills, coupled with a passion for digital communication
? Self-awareness of skills and strengths to leverage throughout projects
