The purpose of this team is to focus on compensation and taxonomy for consumer business. The Project Manager role will support sponsor with taxonomy and compensation and support people operations. Support role excellence and support head count planning analysis.
Responsibilities:
Work on employee data taxonomy process for the next fiscal year, ensuring it aligns with organizational needs.
Review job descriptions for 40-50 roles and ensure alignment in the system.
Monitor headcount on a weekly-monthly basis.
Oversee an awards process, including calculating payments for awards.
Assist in managing fiscal year data.
Participate in meetings (15% or less) and have daily check-ins with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Years of Experience: 10+ years in the field.
Degree or Certification: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, Master's degree preferred.
Communication (PowerPoint, Data Analysis, option formulation) [5+ YOE]
Preferred Skills:
Background in consumer business.
Familiarity with role excellence in employee data.
Knowledge of Consumer Business, Worldwide Incentive Compensation, Employee Data Taxonomy, Rolex, and Award Programs.
