To help us drive excellence, you'll get to: • Supports launch leader with vehicle build coordination. • Works with the Program Team and customer to develop the Bill of Materials. • Tracks engineering changes and highlights any impacts to quality and delivery • Inputs, tracks, and prepares for major milestones following the Autokiniton Launch Process • Reviews build requirements and planning schedules from customers. • Identifies roadblocks and concerns early allowing for adequate escalation/resolution. • Champions new job announcements and engineering change notifications. • Coordinates and validates engineering design levels for each vehicle build. • Coordinates CAD activities related to projects. • Manages part logistics from manufacturing location to customer locations. • Coordinates part receiving, shipping, labeling, and tagging during launch. • Performs inspections, audits, and measurements to validate design levels. • Sorts and reworks parts, as necessary. • Supports die and assembly pre-production runs at vendors and plants. • Tracks, checks and cycle counts inventory, as necessary. • Monitors container inventory to ensure adequate supply for launch. • Maintains program timing by working closely with the Program Team • Attends program meetings to report on release and delivery status of parts. • Contributes to other launch projects as needed by the Program Team
This full-time role is a part of our Program Management team and reports to the Program Manager Lead.
Required experience: • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related experience preferred. • Minimum 1 year experience in an automotive/manufacturing environment with engineering aptitude preferred.
