As a Project Manager at Nielsen, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of land-use planning, architectural design and construction projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Lead project kick-off meetings to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are aligned.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and managing expectations.
Coordinate client meetings to review project progress, discuss design options, and obtain feedback.
Cultivate strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and effective communication.
Team Leadership and Management:
Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, and construction professionals.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in architecture, construction, planning or similar industry.

PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
