Human Resources Project Manager Responsibilities:
Lead HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Collaborate with HR leadership to develop project plans and timelines
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
Monitor project progress and identify risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership

Human Resources Project Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5-10 years of relevant experience in HR project management, preferably in a corporate environment
