We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized construction Senior Project Manager/Project Executive to lead project development and oversee a dynamic portfolio of construction projects from conception through completion. The candidate will have a pivotal role in shaping project success, and upholding our reputation for exceeding client expectations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, a deep understanding of construction methodologies, and proven success in leading large-scale projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for the construction management team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, profitability, and performance on projects.
Serve as the primary liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, maintaining and fostering key relationships.
Oversee contract negotiations, risk management policies, and legal compliance on all construction projects.
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Manage and lead multiple project teams simultaneously, providing guidance and direction as needed.
Review and approve project budgets, schedules, plans, and work orders.
Coordinate with other executives to align construction projects with company goals and strategies.
Regularly report on project status and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify, analyse, and mitigate project risks proactively.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management processes and standards.
Preferred Qualification: • Bachelor's Degree Required • Experience as a Project Manager in a relevant setting, ideally 5-7 years experience in ground-up
residential, interior fit-out, and/or hospitality • An eye for detail and accuracy along with superior communication and organizational skills • Able to multi-task and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment • Experience with Procore (training available)
