Job Description:
Job Title: Engineering Project Coordinator IV
Locations: Onsite at Redmond, WA
Duration: 12 Months to start on W2
Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
Coordinate with mechanical engineers, reliability engineers, tooling engineers, and manufacturing engineers for the hardware product development
Manage the external vendor for the engineering build
Responsibility:
? Coordinate with mechanical engineers, reliability engineers, tooling engineers and manufacturing engineers for the hardware product development
? Manage the external vendor for the engineering build
? Manage the BOM, material ordering, inventory tracking, and logistics.
? Coordinate with TPMs to write the weekly or monthly reports
? Assist the leadership team in documenting and communicating
? Maintain a centralized slide deck of hardware and experience demos.
Good to have skills:
? Bachelor's Degree at minimum in engineering or related majors
? 3+ years of Project Management/Project Coordination experience
Basic Qualification:
? Bachelor's Degree at minimum in engineering or related majors
? 3+ years of Project Management/Project Coordination experience
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Strong summarizing skills and writing reports for different-level stakeholders
? Proficient in slide and video editing
? Experience developing hardware devices
? Experience presenting and reporting to executives
? Experience writing reports and communicating with executives
? Experience hosting the seminar and organizing the demos
Preferred Qualifications:
? Enthusiasm, integrity, ingenuity, self-motivation in the fast-paced competitive environment
? Experience with hardware or software development
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Strong coordination skills
? Strong interpersonal skills to work with different levels of management
? Experience with shipping products
? Experience with vendor engagement
