The Registered Architect will lead the technical design of commercial restaurant projects from schematic design through construction to maintain standards of excellence. Technical design responsibilities include drawing documentation, specifications, consultant coordination and construction administration including shop drawings, submittals and contractor coordination / direction as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience.
8+ years of experience in architectural practice as a project architect
Architectural registration required with current license, NCARB registration desired and LEED Green Associate Accreditation desired.
must be proficient in Revit and Autocad
Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere, and meet deadlines.
