Printing/Promo Item and Fulfillment Customer Service Specialist needed for Fast Growing Company.

We are a digital printing company that specializes in WOW boxes, books, and promotional printing. We work with authors and companies around the US to get their books into their client's hands, and custom products and packaging for our clients. Objectives of this role:
Insure our clients are well taken care of
Create and maintain a good relationship with the rest of the team, our clients and our vendors
Support clients by helping them pick the best products for their Wow Boxes and selling them our services
Grow our sales by initiating conversations with our clients in a consultative manner to further company growth
Responsibilities
Be a team player and work well within a team environment
Maintain constant communication with clients and vendors understanding their timelines and needs
Quote and place orders for clients from inhouse products and outside vendors
Support clients by helping them pick the best products for their Wow Boxes and selling them our services
Invoicing clients and approve bills from vendors
Initiate conversations with our clients in a consultative manner to further our sales goals
Communicate with clients around shipping and any potential delays
Required skills and qualifications
Two or more years of proven success in customer service or project management
Strong skills in communication through email and phone
Team player who wants to work as part of an in-person team that likes to work hard
Proficiency in Google Suites, project management software (Monday.com), Quickbooks and Slack
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Working knowledge of management software programs, including QuickBooks, Excel or Google Sheets, Slack and fulfillment software
Multiple years of customer service experience or project management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $21-$24 per hour
