The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing construction projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. They should have the leadership skills to manage the entire life cycle of a project and deliver a quality project while maintaining great relationships with others on the team including the assigned JRT Superintendent, Subcontractor's, Consultants, and our Clients.
Responsibilities
Read plans, coordinate the work, execute the plan on time and within budget
Produce & maintain a schedule & budget and represent JRT in project meetings
