We are currently looking for a Certified Sr. Workday Adaptive Planning Project Manager/ Principal to be a part of our high-end consulting team to lead customer projects with the goal to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and success on the Workday practice.
What You'll Do
have at least 3 to 5 years of WD Adaptive Planning Project Management
project plan, monitor the execution of in-scope activities, and coordinate change through change control process
and track project resource needs, scheduling, and assignments
meetings
track and update Project Issues and Risk logs as required to manage and drive resolution of project issues and risks
and lead escalations to resolve project issues, identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and promote success factors
include project plan, risks/issues log, status report
change and adoption
training requirements
communications plan
end-user training
support infrastructure
change adoption analysis
and report success and opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
degree
least 3 to 5 years' of experience with project management with Workday Adaptive Planning.
be Certified in WD Adaptive
organization change management experience
least 3+ years managing a functional team with responsibility for overall project quality
analytical and interpersonal skills
communication skills (both written and verbal)
