Our client, a Global entertainment brand, is seeking a remote Design Producer with exceptional communication, organizational, and partnership abilities to contribute to delivering outstanding products and experiences for our audience. The ideal candidate has a passion for design process and a background in creative design. This role involves supporting a global and diverse team covering numerous established brands and over 90 product experiences across multiple platforms. This position will be remote with full time hours.
Rate: $55-60/hr
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of innovative methods to enhance the design team's strategy, workflows, and tools.
Support design initiatives aimed at fostering team culture and inclusivity.
Collaborate effectively with a diverse array of partners.
Enhance communication flows between working teams and cross-functional partners.
Refine, implement, and promote the design process across all areas.
Required Qualifications:
Experience with user-centered design processes
Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Hungry for innovation, eager to challenge status quo
Interest in and aptitude for learning new technologies and skills
Previous experience within a technology company / brand
Figma or Miro experience
Experienced and comfortable using a MAC, google suite, MS office
