We seek a Product Manager to lead the development of customer-facing and internal software products and tools. Reporting to the Head of Product, this role will partner with a dedicated team of developers and QA engineers to help grow our business and improve our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has an outcomes-over-output mindset and loves to solve customer and business problems. You are an eager and fast learner with equal aptitude for the qualitative and quantitative. This is a hybrid role based in our brand-new Union, NJ office.

The Role:
As a member of the LifeStation Product team you will own a portion of the product portfolio including, but not limited to:
Our internal platform that integrates our Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) devices with our alarm monitoring software
Field service systems that enable installation and setup of PERS devices by our representatives at the customer's home
Tools for our customer's loved ones to locate them based on the geolocation of their LifeStation device
Responsibilities:
Work within an agile environment to create user stories and acceptance criteria
Prioritize the backlog and help define the software roadmap for the business
Participate in the creation of wireframes, user flows and product requirements documents
Partner with developers to devise and deliver efficient and effective solutions
Lead user research efforts through customer interviews and surveys
Own, distribute and optimize metrics and KPIs for the platform
Conduct competitive analysis and keep abreast of industry best practices
What you need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in a hands-on product management role
Experience working in an agile/scrum development environment
Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA)
Strong grasp of technical concepts, though computer science or engineering background not necessary
Understanding of UI/UX design concepts and principles
Experience with software products that have a hardware integration component is a plus
