Concord is seeking a Product Owner to join our growing software development team in the US. As a member of our Program Management team, you will be responsible for collaborating on product strategy and defining and prioritizing key features of those products.
The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, hands-on, data driven, and passionate about achieving strong outcomes for our customers. You will have a proven track record of defining products that delight users and generate strong returns on investments. In addition, the ideal candidate has experience working with customers, business leaders, and development teams within an Agile scrum process.
Essential Functions:
with Business leaders and other Product Managers to define and refine product strategies
a domain expert in the workflows that our products support
feature input from customers and stakeholders
product features and their functional and non-functional requirements
product backlogs against business priorities
with development teams to communicate requirements and answer questions
off on completed development of the features you define in a manner that supports our high standards for quality
in product testing activities
ROI analysis of the features you define
in the creation and presentation of product roadmaps
product demonstrations and collect feedback
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline
+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a product manager/owner role
in writing product features, and requirements
defining requirements using demonstrable and testable language
in defining performance, scalability, and security requirements
working with multiple development teams simultaneously
in juggling multiple competing priorities
with product roadmaps
with product ROI analysis
to work and team effectively with management personnel across geographies
interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations under pressure

The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. Range can flux dependent on experience.
