Role Overview:

As a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager specializing in data warehousing, you will spearhead their IT projects and program initiatives, aligning with the organizational vision for excellence and customer satisfaction. This pivotal role encompasses leadership, strategic management, and technical oversight, working closely with the IT Director to ensure the successful rollout of complex, large-scale programs.

Relocation Support: Available for both Secaucus, NJ, and Austin, TX locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine program strategies, establishing performance standards and procedures.
  • Tackle challenging issues head-on while contributing to long-term strategic planning.
  • Plan and monitor program budgets and timelines, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Oversee risk management, maintaining communication with all stakeholders on project status.
  • Lead and supervise a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, setting clear objectives to enhance return on investment.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of experience in technical program or project management, with a total of 12-15 years in the professional arena.
  • A minimum of 5 years dedicated to data warehousing and data governance roles.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with data engineering teams and translate requirements into actionable plans.
  • Comprehensive understanding of technology management and familiarity with various SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
  • Exceptional ability in managing dependencies, as well as identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of forming enduring professional relationships.
  • Leadership characterized by enthusiasm, responsibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • PMP, SAFe Lean Portfolio Management, Practitioner, or Product Owner/Product Manager certifications are advantageous.
