The Associate Product Manager will report to the Sr Product Manager, you'll work together to deliver business growth goals in Cornelius Fountain and Valves segment (the largest at MFT). As the product expert and business manager of your segment, you will lead the cross-functional team in executing business strategy and product innovation roadmap, as well as leading new product launches and other marketing initiatives.

This role is subject to our hybrid work model: we collaborate in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The rest of the week, you have the flexibility to work wherever it suits you best.

What You'll Do
  • Continuously monitor business segment performance and lead annual market assessments to gain new insights, anticipate issues and opportunities, and develop corresponding action plans.
  • Build a 3-year Strategic Marketing Plan partnering with the cross-functional team to develop a common vision, robust innovation pipeline, value propositions, and other strategic choices.
  • Manage new product development through the state gate approval process to ensure product strategic alignment and successful on-time execution.
  • Lead Product Lifecycle process, managing the vitality of the product assortment, tracking, and measuring results to plan.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and aftermarket teams to develop annual operating and promotional plans, budgets, customer-facing events, launch support materials, and new product training to educate the service technician network.
  • Collaborate with R&D/engineering and operations to sustain and grow our business by developing differentiated technology solutions, supporting quality issues, and ongoing supply chain strategies.

Skills/Experience We're Looking For
  • Experience developing and launching new products, along with solid project management and the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish.
  • Ability to achieve results by influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen with the ability to story tell with data.
  • A collaborative work style and ability to positively influence outcomes.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager in B2B industry. Additional experience in related cross-functional areas is a plus (engineering, supply chain, procurement, marketing, or sales).
  • Experience working in the food service industry and familiarity with restaurant operations is preferred.
  • Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time.
