JBAndrews is currently collaborating with an industry leading organisation within the Building Products industry to identify a Product Manager. The ideal Candidate will be a strategic thinker with experience in articulating a strategy and product vision as well as be able to to execute a product road-map, moving a project from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the product road-map and growth strategy for the assigned category.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop and launch marketing plans for new products and enhancements, ensuring up-to-date product specifications.
Monitor financial performance and key indicators to identify trends in product channels, taking proactive steps with corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate closely with the procurement team to enhance cost negotiations and streamline procurement processes for optimal efficiency.
Required Experience:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 3 years of previous experience within Product Management
Proven track record of working with various partners to plan, execute and track product releases from inception to completion
Experience presenting and speaking to wide-ranging audiences, customer visits, webinars, training, trade shows and industry events
Demand planning and forecasting experience
Knowledge of the Building Products industry is a major bonus
