The Select Groups client, one of the world's top technology companies, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. This team focuses on payments and affordability programs in the retail/ecommerce space. This Product Manager will play an integral role in creating experiences, enhancements, and expanding the product globally geographically. This position is remote until further notice, but candidates must be local to the Bay area and work onsite when requested. Additionally, candidates for this role must be eligible to work W2 (we are unable to provide sponsorship or work C2C at this time).
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Product Management
The ability to write clear/concise product requirements and help with enhancing a product roadmap
Experience working with cross functional teams for a large, complex organization
Provide feedback and input to engineering teams
Work with business teams who have business cases in place to support the work
Understand when it's appropriate to escalate something before it become an issue
Reach out to various groups when needed
Be comfortable with ambiguity
Experience in the eCommerce/Retail Industry
Focused on the end to end/customer experience - should understand how requirements translates/shape the customer experience
Experience being focused on the execution of a product roadmap
Development, testing, post testing, launch

The ability to present updates to a wide range of partners across the organization, including leadership
The ability to synthesize complex problems, and information and present it in a way that's easy to understand/digest
Any payments or gift card experience

Responsible for creating end to end experience from beginning to launch
more driving the project to delivery and making sure they can solve for problems and answer questions that come up along the way.

Responsible for post launch - until they are satisfied, fix with internal teams/cross functional partners

Product Manager focus -is working with external partners, and internal cross functional teams
pushing through open questions, issues.
Will be working with program manager on geo-expansion
This person will be a PM as well as a Product Manager in day to day - pushing toward milestones
