Day to Day:
Exp: w/ working w/ senior leadership and having this level of discretion needed
Strategy planning- being a self starter, proactively getting teams lined up, and delivering on the strategy
Good level of comfort with data- qual and quant
Being able to parse out, identify patterns, and figure out insights
Day 2 Day:
Help build the robust templates, and efficient processes to drive forward looking planning Work closely with various XF team members and leaders to build out details of future initiatives.
Drive content collection and creation for Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews with Leadership as audience + stakeholders.
Working closely with Analytics Team to take vast quantities of data and extract meaningful insights, build a coherent narrative for executive audience and tell an intelligent story.

Skills Needed:
