Job Description:
Essential Job Requirements:
- Develop and implement automated solutions for deploying software packages, application patches/updates, and workstation images.
- Engineering and support of the Windows 11 Upgrade process.
- Oversee the lifecycle management of global standard desktop and laptop models.
- Maintain desktop images and modify Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) task sequences as required.
- Provide Level 3 support for escalated end-user issues.
- Manage Microsoft and third-party patch deployments.
- Package, test, and deploy new applications, as necessary.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of Endpoint Engineering experience in an enterprise environment.
- At least 5 years' experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory S\structure, and managing Group Policies.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Azure, M365, and Intune.
- Expertise in MECM administration, Patch Management (including BIOS and firmware updates), Imaging, Scripting, MSI, Packaging, & Automation.
- Proficiency in administering and deploying software using Intune/MECM in a global environment.
- Basic Database Administration skills, particularly with SQL Server.
- Strong knowledge and experience in automation and scripting (PowerShell).
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with an ability to coordinate multiple activities in a purposeful environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Client service attitude and ability to work well with diverse groups.
- Experience in legal technology is a plus.
- Preferred exposure to iManage or any other Document Management System (DMS).
- Ability to work independently on assignments while providing regular progress reports.
