Develop comprehensive people readiness dashboards for enterprise and experience-based personas, illustrating key leading and lagging indicators and enterprise readiness for Renaissance initiatives, including the launch of Ovation.
Create collection methodologies for fit-for-purpose personas scorecard templates to monitor readiness at a functional level.
Develop enterprise metrics, scorecards, and collectors for OCM maturity utilizing PROSCI's enterprise maturity model
Collaborate with stakeholders across Renaissance and the enterprise to develop assets for internal audiences to meet people-related readiness needs.
Find innovative strategies to thread experiences together to prepare colleagues across functional areas.
Shape and optimize content and materials, based on stakeholder feedback and Organizational Change Management best practices.
Ensure content accuracy and appropriateness and provide quality control editorial support.
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:
Degree in instructional design, education, communication, or related discipline and related project, internship, or professional experience OR 5+ years of professional OCM experience providing solutions for enterprise transformations
Knowledge of PROSCI and ADKAR approaches to OCM
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Proficient in tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and other reporting tools
Excellent skills in translating complex information into easy to comprehend dashboards and scorecards
