CBTS is currently seeking a Telecom Analyst for a position located in Plano, TX.
The Telecom Analyst is responsible for the vendor management for cellular vendors, managing the cellular accounts, and the updating of routers in support of the primary and secondary networks. This role supports the primary and secondary networks for the client.
Responsibilities:
Attends weekly meetings with network vendors.
Reviews accounts, ensuring correct network plan is selected based on primary vs. secondary connection.
Reviews overages by location, identifying hardware causing overages, partnering with IT teams to resolve overages.
Manage and Maintain Current Solutions including: NetCloud - Cradlepoint, Verizon Portal, T-Mobile Portal, DataDog and PagerDuty
