Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the face of the clinic with patient inquiries, outside clinics, providers, and businesses
Greet patients in a warm and friendly way
Cross-train with medical assisting duties
Check-in and Check-out patients
Schedule new patient encounters and returning patient appointments
Answer incoming calls
Practice excellent organizational and interpersonal communications skills
Demonstrate a professional demeanor at all times
Other duties as assigned
