Moraga Post Acute is ranked "Five Stars" by Medicare and named "Best Nursing Home" by U.S. News and World Report. We are a 49 bed facility with outstanding physical therapy programs to help those with post hospital care needs to transition home.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and compassionate RN for Part time Weekends.

Registered Nurse / RN - Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice

• Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians

• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients

• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts

Requirements:

• Current RN license
